Pick a plan by your PDFs a month
Every plan has the whole API: HTML, URLs, Office files and PDF editing. One successful request is one PDF, whatever its number of pages.

How overage works
On a paid plan, the PDFs past your plan's monthly limit go on your next invoice, at the plan's price per extra PDF, up to 50% of the plan's monthly price in each billing period. On the €8 plan, that is up to €4: 114 extra PDFs at €0.035.
Past that, each further PDF is paid with credits. Without credits, requests are refused (HTTP 429) until your next billing period starts or you buy credits. You can also switch on "Stop at the plan limit": then there is no overage at all, and requests stop at your plan's PDFs.
The Free plan has no overage and no credits: it stops at its 100 PDFs a month.
Credits
- Bought in the web app in packs from €10, paid once (not a subscription). €1 buys €1 of credit.
- A PDF paid with credits costs your plan's price per extra PDF, taken exactly, to the tenth of a cent.
- Credits never expire, and they stay on your account if you cancel your plan.
- There is no automatic top-up: credits are only bought by you, one purchase at a time.
- Unused credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase. After that, credits are not refunded.
Contracts for businesses
Need more PDFs, a price agreed in a contract, or invoices instead of card payments? We set up contract accounts with their own monthly PDFs and price per extra PDF. Write to support@pdfdispatch.com.
Paying and cancelling
- Prices in euros.
- Plans are paid monthly in advance, by card through Stripe. Overage comes on the next invoice.
- Cancel at any time; your plan runs until the end of the period you paid for.
- Your money back within 14 days of your first plan payment (cancelling and refunds).
The full rules are in the Terms of Service. Request size and speed limits per plan are in the docs.
